在剛剛閉幕的山東能源集(ji)團第一(yi)屆一(yi)次職(zhi)代會工作報(bao)告(gao)中指(zhi)出,落實全心(xin)全意依靠職(zhi)工辦企(qi)業的方針,讓(rang)職(zhi)工群(qun)眾的獲得感(gan)、幸福感(gan)更加充實、更有保障、更可持續,建設發(fa)展(zhan)成果(guo)共享、人人榮(rong)耀向(xiang)往的企(qi)業集(ji)團,充分體現了(le)能源集(ji)團一(yi)以貫之以職(zhi)工為中心(xin)的發(fa)展(zhan)理(li)念,彰顯了(le)企(qi)業的使命和擔當,必將凝聚起接續奮(fen)斗、攻堅克難的磅礴力量。

參天之(zhi)(zhi)木,必(bi)(bi)有(you)其根;懷山之(zhi)(zhi)水,必(bi)(bi)有(you)其源(yuan)(yuan)。能源(yuan)(yuan)集團之(zhi)(zhi)所以能夠在異常復雜(za)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)環境中逆流而上(shang)、激流勇進(jin),根本原因就是堅持依(yi)(yi)靠(kao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)這個理(li)念。無論是抵御(yu)經濟嚴寒下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)市場危機,還(huan)是戰勝(sheng)突如其來的(de)(de)(de)新冠疫情,廣大職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)面(mian)對困難不(bu)躲閃(shan)、面(mian)對挑戰不(bu)退縮,心系企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、無私(si)奉獻(xian),為(wei)高質量發(fa)展(zhan)積蓄了領先發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)力量,厚(hou)植了長遠發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)勢。事實證明,在緊要(yao)關頭,職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)(zhong)是最(zui)值得(de)信賴(lai)、最(zui)值得(de)依(yi)(yi)靠(kao)的(de)(de)(de)忠(zhong)誠衛(wei)士。當前,山東能源(yuan)(yuan)集團改革工(gong)(gong)作會議擘畫了高質量發(fa)展(zhan)“三大目標”,打造“一(yi)核心三基(ji)地五平臺”區域布局的(de)(de)(de)美好(hao)藍圖(tu)。發(fa)展(zhan)為(wei)了職(zhi)工(gong)(gong),發(fa)展(zhan)依(yi)(yi)靠(kao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)。實現(xian)宏偉藍圖(tu),必(bi)(bi)須牢牢樹立企(qi)(qi)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)依(yi)(yi)靠(kao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)理(li)念,堅持和完善(shan)以職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)大會為(wei)基(ji)本形式的(de)(de)(de)民(min)(min)主管理(li)制度,保(bao)障職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)知情權、參與權、表(biao)(biao)(biao)達權、監督權。扎實開展(zhan)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)巡視,深化職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)民(min)(min)主評價,組織職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)有(you)序參與企(qi)(qi)業(ye)治(zhi)理(li),凝聚民(min)(min)主決策、共(gong)謀發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)智慧(hui)力量。
