盛魯能化公司:發揮督察利劍作用 推進“兩化融合”工作落實

為(wei)推進(jin)“兩化(hua)融(rong)合(he)(he)”工(gong)作落實,盛魯能化(hua)公(gong)司督察辦按(an)照公(gong)司領導關于“抓(zhua)大事(shi)、盯重點(dian)、找問題(ti)、重考核(he)、促(cu)落實”的要求,切實擔負起(qi)督察督導責任,堅(jian)持問題(ti)導向,強(qiang)化(hua)責任意識,發揮(hui)好公(gong)司領導賦予的督察權力,推動公(gong)司“兩化(hua)融(rong)合(he)(he)”工(gong)作落地(di)實施、有序推進(jin)。

一是督(du)促(cu)編制“兩(liang)化(hua)(hua)融合(he)”推(tui)進方(fang)案(an)和實(shi)施細則。督(du)察辦(ban)按照公司(si)領(ling)導(dao)安排部署,將“兩(liang)化(hua)(hua)融合(he)”列為公司(si)重點(dian)工(gong)作,督(du)促(cu)有(you)(you)關單位、有(you)(you)關部室圍繞新(xin)形勢(shi)、新(xin)問(wen)題、新(xin)要(yao)求(qiu),緊盯目標任務,把(ba)握(wo)核心要(yao)義,制訂、細化(hua)(hua)“兩(liang)化(hua)(hua)融合(he)”推(tui)進方(fang)案(an)和實(shi)施細則,明確(que)盛魯(lu)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)公司(si)“兩(liang)化(hua)(hua)融合(he)”工(gong)作的“路線圖(tu)”、“時間表(biao)”,繪就盛魯(lu)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)公司(si)“兩(liang)化(hua)(hua)融合(he)”工(gong)作的藍圖(tu),力爭將盛魯(lu)電廠打造(zao)成為能(neng)源集(ji)團電力領(ling)域“兩(liang)化(hua)(hua)融合(he)”工(gong)作標桿(gan)。

二(er)是督(du)(du)(du)導落(luo)(luo)實“兩化融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)”方案。按照(zhao)“一(yi)周一(yi)調(diao)度、兩周一(yi)通報、一(yi)季一(yi)考核”的推(tui)進要(yao)求(qiu),加強對“兩化融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)”工(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)(luo)實情(qing)況的調(diao)度、督(du)(du)(du)導,督(du)(du)(du)促有關部室發(fa)揮專(zhuan)業管控職能,指導、監督(du)(du)(du)權屬單(dan)(dan)位(wei)落(luo)(luo)實“兩化融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)”工(gong)作(zuo)要(yao)求(qiu);同時,加強對盛魯電廠等單(dan)(dan)位(wei)“兩化融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)”工(gong)作(zuo)推(tui)進情(qing)況進行(xing)跟蹤、調(diao)度,督(du)(du)(du)促按照(zhao)“兩化融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)”工(gong)作(zuo)既定(ding)時間節點如(ru)期推(tui)進,定(ding)期對“兩化融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)”工(gong)作(zuo)推(tui)進情(qing)況進行(xing)通報。

三是加(jia)強(qiang)考(kao)(kao)核(he)問責。按照“講真話、辦實(shi)(shi)(shi)事、有原則、反(fan)敷衍”的(de)基本要(yao)求,發揮好督(du)(du)察“利劍(jian)”作用,堅持(chi)(chi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)事求是、敢(gan)于亮(liang)劍(jian)、敢(gan)于堅持(chi)(chi)原則、敢(gan)于動真碰硬(ying),扭住問題(ti)(ti)不(bu)(bu)放,嚴格考(kao)(kao)核(he)問責;堅持(chi)(chi)發現(xian)問題(ti)(ti)與(yu)解決問題(ti)(ti)并(bing)重(zhong),督(du)(du)促推(tui)進與(yu)檢查(cha)考(kao)(kao)核(he)并(bing)重(zhong),正向激(ji)勵與(yu)考(kao)(kao)核(he)問責并(bing)重(zhong),堅決落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)公司重(zhong)點工(gong)作考(kao)(kao)核(he)機制,以強(qiang)有力(li)的(de)考(kao)(kao)核(he)問責手段,倒逼(bi)和督(du)(du)促“兩(liang)化(hua)融(rong)(rong)合”工(gong)作落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi),扎實(shi)(shi)(shi)推(tui)進“兩(liang)化(hua)融(rong)(rong)合”工(gong)作及問題(ti)(ti)整(zheng)改,以“不(bu)(bu)取得實(shi)(shi)(shi)效決不(bu)(bu)收(shou)兵(bing)、不(bu)(bu)達(da)成目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)決不(bu)(bu)罷(ba)休”的(de)勁(jing)頭,全力(li)推(tui)動“兩(liang)化(hua)融(rong)(rong)合”工(gong)作向深里走(zou)、向實(shi)(shi)(shi)里走(zou),全面(mian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)“兩(liang)化(hua)融(rong)(rong)合”工(gong)作的(de)既定目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)。(盛魯能化(hua)公司督(du)(du)察辦)
